…the adventure begins
Hubby and I attended a Bridal Fair at SM Megamall last Saturday February 16. It was a very overwhelming experienced because there’s so many suppliers to choose from and it is kinda hard to decide which one will deliver the best result. But we came prepared, we already knew before hand which suppliers are going to participate in the Bridal Fair and we already did research about them. Basically what we did is observe how they deal with future clients. And we are both happy that we were able to close the deal with our major suppliers.
They said you have to invest on photography because it will serve as a lifetime remembrance, so we followed their advised, we got one of the best wedding photographer Mr. Lito Genilo of Smart Shot Studio. I wish hubby will change his mind about trash the dress ( I think its one of Mr. Lito’s specialty)…

Its been awhile since I had a strong desire to watch a certain TV show and last night Valentines Day, my heart was broken after watching the finale of Amazing Race Asia.
I started watching the show December 2007 almost half leg of the race, it was introduced to me by my hubby and since then I got addicted to it. Marc and Rovilson won my heart not because they are representing the Philippines but because of their cleverness and sense of humor.
While my husband and I was watching the finale of the show, we were both at the edge of our seat and we really got disappointed when Marc and Rovilson didn’t finished first. But in the end it was Marc and Rovilson’s sense humor and sportsmanship who won our hearts back.

I got three long stem red roses with a cute teddy bear for Valentines Day! It was delivered to our house very early (around 7:00am), of course I’m still asleep. Thank you hon!
Since its a working day we didn’t dine out. I cooked Bulgogi (Korean beef stir fry plated on a sizzling plate) for dinner. Chocolate cake from a neighborhood bakeshop served as our dessert. I just put one candle on top of the cake to signify our first Valentines together.

Lesson: Celebrating special day doesn’t have to be expensive to have a lasting impression; just be creative and always put love in everything that you do and it will be remembered.

After much time searching the internet and browsing wedding magazines, I finally found the wedding gown that I’m dreaming of.
So far, my hubby, my maid of honor, one of my bridesmaid and the most important person who will make the gown possible - my Ninang Lisa gave the approval. Actually, I already picked my gown 5 years ago, before my hubby turn down my wedding proposal. I wish I could still locate that picture…

After spending 2 months in the Philippines my hubby and I had a chance to go out of the country even for just a couple of days. This is our first official travel together as husband and wife. At the airport we already had fun playing our favorite card game (tong it) while waiting to board the plane. As usual, I won! But I’m not telling what price I got…

If you knew the movie “One More Chance” then you will be able to relate to our story. But despite the similarity I consider our story one of a kind; a love that doesn’t happened to everyone.
My ex-boyfriend (now husband) and I met year 1998. We were both working in an Industrial company in Rozario, Cavite. I was a clinic nurse during that time while he was a MIS technician. We were friends for about 2 years before we started our relationship. I consider him one of my best friends; he was there for me when I was crying my heart out when I broke up with my boyfriend. Tonight we just booked the team that will handle the most vital role in our wedding , the group that will handle almost everything during the “D” day — our Wedding Coordinator. it took us awhile to find a wedding coordinator because we want to make sure that we will be getting someone who we can work comfortably. After reading good reviews about them we finally decided to pay them a visit which happens to be just 5 minutes drive away from our home. isn’t it great!
we were lucky to meet them with another couple who will be getting married this December. so basically we already saw a glimpse on how they ran things. After discussing our ideas with them and getting their inputs about it, wifey and i decided to get them before anyone does.

The most awaited prenuptial photo shot! It’s not just an ordinary photo shot because our close friends are the one doing it.
First stop - Balay Indang. The moment we parked the car I fell in love with the place; very quiet and homey. Though our friends are the one taking our pictures I couldn’t help but be conscious about it, I suddenly forgot how to smile naturally (hubby said my smiles are fake!)

Since I’m on vacation I might as well use my time to accomplish something without my hubby!I spent the whole day browsing the internet for possible songs that we will be using in the ceremony. These are the list of the songs I found that are popularly used during weddings.
